Terms of exchange/return of goods
The terms of exchange/return of Real Defence goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994. All issues not regulated by the Terms are regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
Terms of exchange/return of goods of proper quality
The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the moment of its receipt (excluding the day of receipt). Goods of proper quality are subject to exchange/return if they meet the following conditions:
a) The goods have not been used, have retained their marketable appearance and consumer properties. The goods are considered to have marketable appearance and consumer properties if they do not contain any traces of their use: damage, scratches, abrasions, stains, hair or any other defects that affect the appearance of the goods.
b) Factory labels and markings are preserved, and the integrity of the packaging is not violated.
How is the exchange/return of a good of proper quality carried out?
The product is subject to exchange/return based on the appropriate application from the buyer. Communication regarding the exchange/return of the product is carried out by the phone number specified in the "Contacts" section or via Real Defence social networks (Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/real.defence/). To exchange/return the product, you must send it via the Nova Poshta delivery service together with the original packaging, enclosing a payment document and a completed return application. The return application form is attached to each order. The product is returned to the address specified in the return application.
Payment for return delivery in case of return:
a) in case of payment for the order by the "Full prepayment" method - payment for return delivery is made by the Buyer;
b) in case of payment for the order by the "Postpaid (cash on delivery)" method - the cost of return delivery is included in the amount of the prepayment (deposit).
The Buyer also has the opportunity to use the "Easy Return" service from the Nova Poshta delivery service, provided that the order is fully paid. If the desired product for which the Buyer wants to exchange is not available, the Buyer will be refunded the funds paid by him for the placed order.
Refund The goods returned by the Buyer are subject to verification for compliance with the Conditions for the exchange/return of goods of proper quality, which are enshrined in these Terms. If compliance with such conditions is confirmed, the funds will be returned within 30 (thirty) days to the bank details specified in the application for the return of the goods. Return of goods of inadequate quality The return of goods and funds in cases of detection of inadequate quality (defect, damage or any other significant defects) is carried out in accordance with the procedure specified by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". In the event of disagreement of the Seller with the Buyer's conclusion regarding the inadequate quality of the goods, the Seller has the right to initiate an independent examination to obtain a conclusion regarding the quality of the goods. An independent examination may be conducted subject to written consent from the Buyer.
